Job Description and Qualification:

Major Responsibilities:

1.   Sell company services

2.   Identifies business opportunities and locates potential clients

3.   Creates  research,  timeline  or  outlines  for  project  details  and  cascade  possible  departmental requirements upon submission of proposal to potential client

4.   Work  closely  with  Business  Development  Head  in  conducting  business  presentations,  report generation and other sales & marketing activities

5.   Maintain positive relationship with clients

6.   Creates and improve proposals for existing and new clients

7.   Analyze  existing business  development  process  and  develop  comprehensive  guidelines  about  the business and its development practices, its marketing activities and trends for the industry

8.   Regularly visit existing and new clients to be updated on client’s requirement

9.   Communicates  client  problems,  complaints,  updates  and  other  requirements  through  monthly report

10. Performs other activities and duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

1.   Excellent interpersonal and English oral and written communication skills

2.   Knowledge in customer relationship best practices

3.   Strong presentation and project management skills

4.   Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage diverse and fast-changing priorities

5.   Must be aggressive and can easily interact with people of all levels

6.   Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages

7.   Honest, ethical, dependable and excels both in independent work and collaboration

8.   The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and market research as needed.

Education & Experience:

1.   Bachelor’s/College degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Studies /Administration / Management

2.   With at least 5 years in business development or work-related experience

3.   Supervisory training or experience.
