Job Description and Qualification:

Business Process Management Officer

Responsibilities

  • Development of internal communication material that is to be communicated to the staff at the bank.  
  • Development of standard operating procedures for the HR, IT, and other functions
  • Accountable for the delivery of content which could include operating procedures, newsletters, brochures, FAQs, snippets, news feeds, and other materials. 
  • Review content with respective team members and the reviewing team for each content 
  • Format content in the formatted templates in Microsoft Word or for web, social media, newsletter formats, including formatting images as necessary 
  • Publish content at the desired frequency into the channel that is specified

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field 
  • Must have at least 2-3 years related experience in documenting processes and procedures 
  • Ability to work effectively with little supervision, and operate in a complicated multi-tiered organization 
  • Sensitive to confidential information with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Strategic thinking with process improvement focus. 
  • Must have excellent documentation, analytical and communications skills.

Salary:

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
