Job Description and Qualification:

Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • At least 2 years' managerial experience
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City. 
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. 
  • Full-Time position(s) available. 
  • Has finance background specifically in Purchase ledger. 
  • Experienced in designing and delivering business services. 
  • Skills in business analysis and related tools and disciplines. 
  • Experienced in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations preferred 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the entire BPO operations of the center. 
  • Identify and manage manpower necessities for the operations. 
  • Knowledgeable in handling Microsoft D365 
  • Conduct business analysis needs and identifying business needs 
  • Design business services and delivering excellent service 
  • Perform purchase ledger and finance operations 
  • Minor HR needs and activities
