Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all Retail Marketing managed processes (includes but not limited to account opening, product and campaign launch, customer tagging, onboarding, etc) are streamlined and optimized
  • Responsible for identifying areas for improvement on managed processes to increase unit productivity and efficiency

Specific Job Functions:

  1. Process Development:
    1. For new or upcoming processes, define TAT goal from customer standpoint
    2. Develop process in line with customer TAT goal
    3. Document process in BPM notation
    4. Assist in design, system implementation, rollout, and initial monitoring of process
    5. If implementation does meet customer TAT goal, adjust process and then arrive at final baselined TAT per process
  2. Process Maintenance:
    1. Ensures that every RPMD-related process is documented in BPM standard
    2. If no process documentation exists, create process documentation
  3. Process Monitoring:
    1. Monitors TAT of RPMD-related processes
    2. Escalate to and resolve with participating departments with TAT exceeds 120% for more than 5 working days or if TAT exceeds 200% for more than 3 working days.
    3. Evaluate and redesign process if TAT exceeds 150% for more than 20 days.
  4. Responsible for presenting process-related MIS
    1. Coordinate with BID/SQ for regular generation of process-related reports
    2. Present project timeline and status

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business 
  • Must have at least 5 years of process development/improvement experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
