Job Description and Qualification:

Performing business requirements gathering and analysis, recommending solution options to address business requirements or issues, creating BSA documentation deliverables, conducting functional testing for projects and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

·         Elicits, defines and develops BSA deliverables for salesforce initiatives.

·         Gathers and analyzes information and suggests options to address and resolve business issues.

·         Collaborates with business partners, external vendors, coworkers, leadership teams, to implement improvements.

·         Within area of expertise, provides technical guidance concerning business implications resulting from change.

·         Identifies and mitigates risks as part of elicitation to enable creation of application risk assessment and risk based testing.

·         Creates and manages application risk assessment, and resolves issues related to requirements.

·         Provides input to user documentation, training and rollout of applications.

·         Assists in training users on new or enhanced applications.

·         Partners with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications.

·         Analyzes and documents business processes.

·         Reviews high level design, test strategy and test plans and ensures they align with overall requirements. 

·         As needed, prepares test strategy, test plans and implementation plans.

·         Be able to provide L2/L3 support if necessary.

·         May be assigned as BSA to other systems if needed.

Qualifications:

·         College/University Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business

·         At least 3 -5 years Business Analysis Experience

·         Experience in maintaining or working on enhancements of customer relationship management systems.

·         Programming experience is a plus but NOT required

·         Good communication and presentation skills.

·         Requirements Gathering, business process analysis, map gap analysis

·         Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience

·         Proficiency in functional documentation (FSD, BRD etc.)
