Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Key Competencies:

* 1-3 years Sabre GDS knowledge & experience in Business Travel, preferably experience with Sabre Red360

* Excellent customer service skills & people skills

* Strong English communication skills, both oral and written

* Ability to Multitask with outstanding attention to detail

* International Fare structures and Pricing knowledge

* Excellent knowledge of world geography & major airports/destinations

* Adaptable and able to make decisions with little or no supervision

* Ability to stay calm in stressful situation

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment

* Analytical, Resourceful, Flexible, a team player

* Critical thinking skills & Problem-solving skills

* Able to put oneself in the client’s shoes and show empathy.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide Assistance to Business Travelers during normal business hours. Including but not limited to create new

Travel Reservations, air, car, hotel via the Sabre Reservations System

* Be a part of Live24 team outside normal business hours, answering incoming calls and monitor incoming emails

* Monitor for flight delays, cancellations, and any other emergencies, and contact the travelers to provide assistance and offer alternate options when their trip was disrupted

* Monitor Global Risk Management portal and respond to imminent and serious threat.

* Monitor clients’ whereabouts, locate them and assure their safety.

* Run report for unused tickets and process for refund as needed

* Monitor queue hourly to identify fare savings for our clients. Once the savings have been identified, process for void, re-issue or refund tickets.

* Stay fully informed and abreast of all airline rules and regulations and other industry requirements and accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements

* Operate within company standards in the areas of customer service, productivity, quality standards and operating procedures

* Ensure that customers travel policies are followed and documented

* Utilize preferred vendors to reduce clients cost
