Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities

· Sourcing and procurement of supplies, equipment and service for all requestors and related functions located in healthcare facilities in the United States.

· The position is accountable for processing purchase orders, confirming appropriate approval, and following-up on open purchase orders and vendor discrepancies.

· ensures accuracy of purchase and vendor/supply data while complying with company’s specific policies, including maintaining logging, filing, and source documents.

· The position routinely communicates upstream and downstream with suppliers and customers, respectively, to validate information and finalize business transactions. The position performs follow-up and expediting of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree

· 1-2 years of prior Supply Chain experience, including experience operating in procurement / supply chain ERP systems and prior healthcare working experience.

· Preferably has an experience in using Supply Chain / Purchasing system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Database, spreadsheet, and/or other financial proficiency.

· Willing to work in a night shift schedule.
