Job Description and Qualification:

JOB SUMMARY

MIS, Change and Automation Unit – integrates related data from various sources and systems applications, analyzes and presents financial information into meaningful and actionable reports to support the decision-making processes of the Bank. The Unit also check existing processes and proposed possible improvement in terms of processing and controls.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develops timely, accurate and comprehensive reports and analysis on internal performance indicators enabling senior management to monitor the progress of strategic plan implementation and to aid them in the decision-making process
  2. Gathers, analyzes and reconciles relevant data sets from variety of sources and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports
  3. Understands the methodologies associated with data gathering, processing of reports being handled to enable process streamline and automation
  4. Proactively identifies new reports that may be helpful to users
  5. Actively participates in the planning stage to provide inputs on how to efficiently process and prepares financial & non-financial historical information related to requirements of the users
  6. Analyzes and integrates data from various sources to prepare new reports that will aid users in their decisions
  7. Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate of Business or Quantitative Course
  • Knowledgeable with Financial Analysis and Management Accounting
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word
