Job Description and Qualification:

·        Strategic leadership of the human resources function that helps the Company to build a sustainable and competitive workforce.

·        Acts as people and culture development architect and expert functional leader.  Sets and leads all People  Strategy  in  the  execution  of  business  strategy,  steer  cultural  and organisational  transformation 

·        Champion  the  Human  Resources  function  by  creating  and  implementing  a workforce strategy aligned  with the Company’s strategic direction and aspirations.

·        Spearhead  the Organisation of the Future initiative of the company to evolve into a simpler, faster, more connected organisation by establishing structures and work models that enhance competitiveness.

·        Partner with Execom to transform Technology, Digital and Analytics capabilities and build the organization of the future.

·        Build a sustainable and competitive workforce through attraction and retention, and  development  of  talents  and  next-generation  leaders  that  possesses capability to drive business and in a longer term,

·        Partner with the Transformation team to support the technological innovation

·        Establish a close and effective working relationship with the senior leaders to foster an outstanding organization culture that thrives on dynamic growth.

·        At least minimum of  15 years of leadership role in HR preferably from the Financial  services,  high  tech  or  consultant  industries or any agile  structure organization

·        Managed  complex  change  including  M&A,  integration  and  large  scale organizational change       

·        Experienced builder of people and leadership capability

·        Able to create enterprise wide strategies and deliver outcomes in a fast- paced environment

·        Able to inspire teams to achieve goals and develop trusted relationships throughout the organization and key external stakeholders

·        Resilience and the ability to persevere to achieve long term and complex change
