· Serves as the strategic adviser to the Execom in providing HR plans and directions particularly on the following areas
Ø Talent acquisition and development
Ø HR business partnering
Ø Learning and development
Ø Culture change management
Ø Total rewards and performance
Ø Employee relations management and development
· Lead employer branding efforts aligned to the corporate mission and business objectives
· Develop relevant and strategic HR initiatives to build and maintain strong collaborative relationship and support across the organization.
· Over 20 years of strategic HR experience culled from large complex, highly matrix and customer driven companies.
· Experience in building and leading expert teams with a strong service orientation and the ability to work seamlessly across organizational boundaries
· Excellent in developing key partnerships and influence people at all levels of an organization.
