The Chief Marketing Officer will build and promote the brand as part of the company’s aggressive expansion strategy.

He/she will design, develop, and implement branding, marketing campaigns, product concepts, and promotional program for the company and its subsidiaries in order to drive growth and profitability. He/she will provide leadership to the company’s brand strategy, marketing, merchandising, category management, digital, pricing, and communications to drive customer engagement and innovation in the company

The CMO will lead the development of marketing plans by working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for the company’s products and services

He/she likewise will hold regular and transformative meetings with sales & account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard

The CMO will set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, television advertising and marketing campaign initiatives

Moreover, he/she will ensure that Customer Care Department provides wonderful experience to customers and keep their loyalty in the Company

He/she will drive the company’s digital marketing transformation and will oversee, review, and approve press releases and boosts media relations.

He/she will lead a team of sales, marketing, sales agents, account managers, and interact with valued clients

The CMO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team with a keen understanding of the business and how to enable its growth as well as work with the Group President & CEO to support current client needs, identify profitable opportunities, and to develop new markets and approaches.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate must have a successful track record in senior marketing roles and in creating marketing campaigns preferably in the real estate industry.

He/she must have an extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding and who values strategic branding, excellent customer experience, and the principle of completed staff work (CSW).

With extensive experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing and with proven ability to plan and manage budgets, and translate and marketing initiatives to financial implications

Must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate in marketing, advertising, business management, or communications; preferably with MBA

Has excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;

Must be a transformation agent, strategic business driver, operational master and people champion.
