Job Description and Qualification:

·        Creates strategies for all sales – including managing key client relationships and new business as well as ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

·        Gathering business and market intelligence information to anticipate future of macroeconomic factors and industry trends to inform product and technology teams of future requirements

·        Oversee Market Planning function for cards and fintechs as well as guide and support research and consulting function.

·        Manage a team of sales professionals responsible for solution selling and client engagement with banks, credit unions, fintechs and other financial institutions.

·        Mentor and develop team of professionals to build a peak performing, fully engaged team. 

·        Maintains appropriate standards of communication and service to internal and external stakeholder including regulators, board, clients, TU Matrix and Hong Kong leadership.

·        MBA strongly preferred

·        At least 15 years related experience in the banking and/or consumer credit field required

·        Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

·        Can interface with people across level and culture


Salary:

PHP 3M – 3.9M
