Job Description:
  • The Civil Engineer (Technical Support) creates and prepares comprehensive proposals and bids to prospective clients. 
  • Responsible for monitoring and updating of the project’s progress upon assignment at site
  • Prepares bill of quantities (BOQ) and unit cost analysis (UCA) for prospective projects
  • Develops detailed cost estimates, providing multi-discipline project concepts with distinguished
  • cost estimating procedure
  • Works with Senior Engineers in evaluation of technical proposals from sub-contractor bidders
  • Maintains previous and current estimation records
  • Keeps track of the latest development in estimating procedures
  • Attends Client meetings, presentations and other related events
  • Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably Registered Civil Engineer
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of construction
  • Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Unit Cost Analysis (UCA)
  • Experience in Estimation and Bidding process
  • Good communication skills
