Job Description and Qualification:

Job Summary:

  • Provide dedicated service to a block of challenging client whose group retirement plan is being record kept by the company
  • Deal directly with Plan Sponsors, Trustees, Brokers, and Third Party administrators
  • Handle call (inbound and outbound) and email transactions related to retirement annuities, investments, and insurance like enrollment, withdrawal, claims, etc.


  • At least 2 years in college with 2 years of solid relevant experience in the BPO industry; Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Background in handling financial account related to retirement annuities, investments, insurance, etc.
  • Ability to converse effectively using the English language
  • Willing to work on night shift (Working schedule: Monday – Friday)
  • WORK FROM HOME (Equipments will be provided by the company)
  • Amendable to work onsite – Lapu-Lapu City (after pandemic)
  • Start Date: August 24, 2020
