Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description

  • Plan Sponsor Services / Signature Client Services and provide dedicated service to a block of challenging clients
  • Deals directly with Plan Sponsors, Trustees, Brokers and Third Party Administrators.
  • Handle call and email transactions related to retirement annuities, investments and insurance like enrollment, withdrawal, claims, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • – Minimum completion of 2 years in college with at least 2 years of relevant experience; Degree related to Banking, Finance, etc.
  • Experience – Background in handling financial account related to retirement, annuities, investments, insurance, etc.; experience in any of these companies handling B2B accounts.
  • Amenable to work in UP TechnoHub after the WFH Set up
  • Can start Immediately (Temporary WFH with provided equipment)
