Job Summary:

  • Answer inquiry and resolve escalation from a block of clients whose group retirement plan record is being kept by the company
  • Responsible in directly dealing with Plan Sponsors, Trustees, Brokers, and Third Party administrators
  • Handles inbound, outbound and mostly email transactions related to retirement annuities, investments and insurance like enrollment, withdrawal, claims, and etc.


  • Has completed at least 2 years in college (72 units acquired) or a bachelor’s degree holder
  • With 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO set-up that deals with international clients exposed to financial accounts related to retirement annuities, investments, insurance, and etc.
  • Willing to work on night shift schedule (9 PM – 6 AM or 12 MN – 9 AM)
  • Amenable with a temporary WFH set-up.
  • Able to work onsite (Lapu-lapu City) when advised by the company while taking into consideration the safety of their employees before doing so.


Equipment, to be able to work from home, will be provided by the company.
