Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible in simultaneously interview the client and document the answers, collect confidential information about the client's medical (health and medication) and non-medical (lifestyle) history.

·       Accountable for providing outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries in in-bound Customer Care Centre

·       responsible for navigating our computer systems to track calls, gathering information, and effectively resolving the issues or queries of the customers

Qualifications:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any medical-related courses.

·       At least 2 years’ customer service experience. Preferably handled Outbound/Healthcare campaign.

·       Knowledge on Insurance and related products

·       Knowledge of medical terminology (medical conditions, medicines, etc.)

·       Excellent communication skills, reading skills and comprehension

·       Willing to work in BGC and in a night shift schedule
