Hold overall accountability for dedicated company-wide business improvement projects and channel management negotiations that further strengthen the Profit Margin of the company

Job Description

  • Lead & Manage Commercial Effectiveness Processes
  • Execute the functional strategic plans created by the BUs and Management that drive short and medium term expansion and development of the company
  • Contribute towards planning and implementation of functional tactical plans in alignment with the functional strategic plans and overall objectives
  • Deliver against performance objectives agreed with BU Heads, to ensure annual business results for the functional area are delivered
  • Ensure all annual processes within area of responsibility are planned and implemented
  • In accordance with the marketing and sales strategy of the company, leading and managing data/operation/tool management, analysis, and reporting of Commercial Effectiveness processes such as Sales & Market Analysis, IMS, Targeting, eTMS (SELAS), SFE KPIs, Operational Call Planning & Coaching Planning, FF Sizing & Territory Alignment, Target Setting, Sales Incentive Design, Closed Loop Marketing(CLM), Segmentation, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, FF Training, Sample Tracking System
  • Implementation of performance objectives (and other ad-hoc projects) to support achievement of operational tactical plans
  • Ensures all operational CE processes of the affiliate are working properly, business status and KPIs are monitored and reported regularly
  • Ensures high adoption and comprehension of CE processes across organization
  • Ensures excellent level of business reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with regional office on development and implementation of sales forces effectiveness initiatives 
  • Negotiate special price agreements with key channels
  • Partner with management team to drive and improve business performance
  • Ensure market data quality and fit through IQVIA
  • Lead the CE team to maximize the utilization of raw data, closing the loop and generate insight


  • Bachelor degree preferably Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics
  • Minimum 3-year experience in related area, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong experience in commercial automations, CRM, CLM, digital database management, SQL, VB programming skills is an advantage
