Job Description and Qualification:

  • Management of a 8-12 Operations Analysts in the local office providing operational, analytical and administrative support to a WW organization.
  • Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across the Commercial business.
  • Working with the operations management, contribute to the annual Goals setting, budget management and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to  sales operations management regarding business initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden.
  • Develop a deep understanding of  sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structure in order to identify and drive resolution of issues, provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify and develop new metrics, dashboards, scorecards or new tools
  • Maintain and develop financial tools or reports that align, and simplify, monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related field
  • At least 10 years experience in Data Analytics, Reporting or Business Analysis
  • With 3 years experience handling a team of Analytics/Reporting
  • Expert level in Excel and Data query tools
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tool utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, process automation, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
