Job Description and Qualification:

Performs company's public affairs function (internal/external) by building awareness and enhancing reputation in the Philippines (corporate communications) and by enhancing visibility of key product growth drivers (therapeutic communications) in the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop corporate branding strategy to drive positive coverage and enhance reputation as a partner of choice of targeted stakeholders, including but not limited to media, government, trade, industry, medical community, etc
  • Map and establish trusted business relationships with key influencers in the traditional and digital media platforms, cognizant of ethical engagement practices and credible partner on delivery of updated and relevant health information
  • Create an integrated communications plan, harping on company‚Äôs innovation, culture and partnership programs for access, alliance and corporate responsibility
  • Lead local issues and incidents (communications) management plan development and cascade
  • Lead development of a comprehensive strategy for continuous, effective and relevant communications to employees focused on business integration, change management and employee engagement
  • Develop, integrate manage tools and systems for employee communication, closely working with human resources, IT and digital teams
  • Identify gaps in communications capabilities and processes and develop and implement a program to enhance the communications capabilities of the company and its employees
  • Provide communications leadership and strategic counsel to the country leadership team to contribute to supporting an aligned, constructive culture
