Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill,Taguig.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Two (2) position(s) available.\
Responsibilities:

1. Performs verification of attendance records, leaves, overtime, time in-out;
2. Administers company-initiated benefits;
3. Handles processing of loan availments like SSS Loans, Pag-ibig Loans and other loans
4. Handles processing of availment of government-mandated benefits such as:
• SSS Sickness Benefit
• SSS / EC Accident related
• SSS Maternity Benefit
5. Prepares monthly remittances to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth.
6. Prepares employee certificates like SSS Contributions, SSS Loan Payments,  Philhealth Contributions, Pag-ibig Contributions for housing/multi-purpose loan, Pag-ibig Loan Payments, Certificate of employment
7. Prepares monthly reports for SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth or any  attendance related reports (Absences, Overtime, Tardiness, and other related transactions)
8. EXPAT Management :
• Coordinates requirements for VISA processing
• Coordinates requirements for Educational and school requirement
• Coordinates different concern regarding housing unit
9. Coordinates/Liases with different government agencies related to :
- Loans processing
- Government mandated benefits (i.e., maternity benefit, SSS contributions, etc.)
10. Acts as HRIS expert; educates all employees in the proper use of the system
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time;
12. Every employee shall cooperate with the employer in carrying-out the provisions of the   Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System. In terms of health and safety, he shall report to his supervisor any work hazard that may be discovered in his workplace (DOLE-BWC Standard Section 1005, Par 2);
13. Every employee shall make proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished in accordance with the provision of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System for his protection and of that of others, and shall follow the instructions given by the employer in compliance with the requirements of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System ((DOLE-BWC Standard Section 1005, Par 3);
14. Every employee should be aware of his role and responsibility under the operation of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System and should comply with all the requirements applicable to him.
