Job Description and Qualification:

The successful candidate will perform activities related to the administration of external party contracts and such other related tasks necessary to support the Company’s growth and base business projects. 
  • Participates in the supplier/contractor selection process to include the following: 
    • Accreditation of suppliers and contractors 
    • Sourcing, preparation of selection packages (or bidding if required) 
    • Clarification or pre-selection/pre-bid meeting 
    • Quote/bid evaluation, clarifications and negotiations 
    • Preparation of recommendation to award 
  • Participates in the contract preparation process as follows: 
    • Compliance to contract model standard 
    • Interface with Legal, project owners, stakeholders, other groups to identify contact requirements and resolve issues. 
  • Participates in the administration of all awarded contracts as follows: 
    • Roll-out of contract terms and conditions to end user
    • Clarification and resolution of all contract-related issues and concerns 
  • Record keeping, monitoring and coordination of all required inspections and reports 
    • Negotiation for any changes and modification of contracts 
    • Contract evaluation and closure process 
  • Performs other related tasks/duties as may be deemed necessary for the Project
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering with at least three (3) years of experience in procurement and contracting functions preferably in the energy or construction industry 
  • Experience in project management is an advantage 
  • Good negotiation, organizational and prioritization skills 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Ariba and standard computer applications
