Job Description and Qualification:


  • Primarily responsible for assisting in the creation and delivery of information to both the internal and external audience of the organization, including press releases, memorandums and marketing materials.
  • Participates in the development of the Communications Plan and assessing overall communication needs and maintains the appropriate records and reports.
  • Prepares, distributes, tracks, posts and monitors press releases of the group, new endeavors, and community relations efforts.
  • Creates and maintains media contact lists which are targeted and segmented by audience and channel.
  • Prepares communications for the purpose of informing and presenting information through various mediums such as manual and electronic presentations, printed publications, e-mails, web pages, and video, in compliance with the corporation's vision, goals and objectives.
  • Researches, interviews, write, edits, proofreads and distributes content for electronic, social and print communications.
  • Establishes and communicates procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism throughout all communications, ensuring brand alignment in all internal and external communication efforts.
  • Maintains repository of press releases and articles.
  • Assists with event planning activities for large and small-scale events.
  • Assist with company management activities.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.


  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing Management or its related courses;
  • Preferably has at least 2 years’ experience in Corporate Communication and 1 year experience Event Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
  • MS Word - Intermediate Level
  • MS Excel - Intermediate Level
  • MS PowerPoint - Intermediate Level
  • Public and community relations experience preferred.
