Our client is looking for a Country Head - Human Resources.
The incumbent should be hands-on yet strategic. He/she should be able to provide Human Resources leadership in following areas
- Employee Relations
- Coaching/Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Organizational Development
- Employee Engagement
- Training & Education
- Talent Acquisition
This person will be instrumental in designing and driving HR programs and initiatives within the organization and will coach leaders to lead small to large teams, developing innovative solutions to deliver results thereby adhering to the company’s values and instilling the culture.
The incumbent should be able to partner with the business leaders and work closely with them to help and attain the business objectives. We are looking for someone who can lead as well as roll up their sleeves. The individual should exhibit exemplary skills in identifying problems and work around the solutions with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of HR like developing a strategic partnership with its business leaders, recruiting, employee engagement, leadership and talent development, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits etc.
- Work closely with the region and other HR partners across the globe and benchmark the practices companywide.
- The incumbent will be responsible to roll out initiatives that bring the best employee relations and experience.

- Strong problem solving & communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Global exposure, be able to work with regional partners
- Leadership experience
- Experience in BPOs or shared services
- Knowledge of legal and statutory compliance
- Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related field
