Job Description and Qualification:

Ensures that strategic HR is positively affecting the bottom-line of the business and that quality HR processes are being delivered to the business and applied correctly by the business. Provides consultative services to plant and commercial leadership team regarding people-related issues impacting their business.

  • Drive initiatives that support business strategies, including the start-up of our commercial business in 2019
  • Provide coaching and support to management around employees relations matters, key hiring and headcount activities
  • Implement talent programs, especially driving culture and organization changes
  • Engage CoEs to apply enterprise-wide processes
  • Coach management on key annual compensation review (ACR) activities
  • Understand performance/potential within the workforce
  • Support capability gaps assessment & create development plans
  • Enable manager effectiveness/coaching, including support around organization communication philosophy - A.C.E.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement
  • Recommend and drive improvements to HR systems, policies & processes (e.g. ongoing coordination with CoEs on global policies and communications)
  • Conduct investigations & provide business perspective, as appropriate
