Job Description and Qualification:

Key Responsibilities

·         Support the business by setting long and short term goals and following up on all HR processes like, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, Organization Development, Employee & Labor relations etc., together with the Function Heads and secure country goals

·         Measure and follow-up the results with HR KPI’s

·         Set clear actions to achieve and constantly improve results

·         Strong Recruitment skills - ensure that the right people are on board in the right positions

·         Learning & Development: enable and support qualitative leadership, and ensure that employees grow and develop

·         Strong Change Management agent: enable and embrace change. Be dynamic with change.

·         Support management in preventing and resolving problems involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations.

·         Create a satisfactory and motivating work environment, to minimize business risks

·         Must have relevant experience in an HR leadership role

Key Requirements

·         Must possess an experience of 15-20 years

·         Strong stakeholder management and people management experience

·         Must be strategic in planning & execution and still be able to roll-up sleeves and get into action.

·         Be able to work with millennials

·         Be a strong business partner and possess a strong ability to influence people and a high level of ownership for decisions
