Job Description and Qualification:


  • Plan and direct the implementation of comprehensive business plans to successfully deliver the company’s corporate strategic objectives in Philippines, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and compliance with local requirements.
  • Execute the responsibilities of a Company director in accordance with applicable legislation and in compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure the company compliance with local legislation and regulations including, but not limited to, health and safety, tax, budget and financial reporting, employment legislation, and suppliers.
  • Ensure the company compliance with all corporate governance policies, procedures and processes.
  • Role model the company’s values; drive employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility activities to support the development of a high performing workplace.
  • Ensure the company employees understand and support the overall vision, mission and strategy
  • Provide strategic advice to the company’s Senior Management.
  • Act as the ‘voice of the company’s  in Philippines to Senior Management, ensuring local practices and requirements are well communicated and understood.
  • Provide input to Senior Management regarding long-term business plans for the company. Track and report on progress against established metrics.
  • In partnership with and in support of the global business leaders, ensure that the company’s product solutions adhere to quality standards and customer service expectations are met.
  • Under the direction of the global Vice President, Commercial Operations:

o   Provide support to the company’s marketing and public relations initiatives and activities

    • Provide input and support on sales strategy and approach to winning new business
    • Carry out regular SWOT analysis to mitigate any potential risks through industry and market changes
  • Look for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business.
  • Implement new processes and procedures across the business.
  • Support talent management through succession planning to ensure all departments are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in recruitment of senior positions within Philippines

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Languages: Fluent English (written and oral); other language(s) considered an asset
