Job Summary

We are looking to hire a key account director based in the Manila, Philippines responsible for both domestic and global banks and payment market infrastructures in Philippines.

The candidate should be an experienced account manager or business development manager with a wealth of experience in building relationships with large customers, managing complex sales and driving the revenue as well as establishing local market strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction with these customers. The candidate should have a proven track record of selling software and services to the financial services industry and has an established network with senior management within the financial institutions.  The knowledge of payments would be preferable.


The key responsibilities will be to:

§  Identify customer needs / market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships within the assigned territory / accounts 

§  Develop plans for sales accounts / campaigns in order to achieve targeted sales objectives generating revenue 

§  Develop and institute strategies to generate revenue within the assigned territory / accounts by working with key stakeholders in the company and drive activities to achieve the objectives

§  Obtain meaningful feedback on a regular basis to evaluate effectiveness and suggest enhancements for future initiatives within the assigned territory / accounts.

§  Manage the pipeline, including consistent qualifying and prioritizing within the assigned territory / accounts. 

§  Provide regular tracking and reporting on sales activities

§  Lead and work in tandem with teams on opportunities across the company to improve and provide seamless sales efforts

§  Represent the company and promote the company’s products and services in order to grow our business by participating in, and occasionally speaking at, workshops and conferences 

§  Liaise and co-ordinate with other APAC divisions / departments to provide the expert knowledge to communicate the company’s solutions and market initiatives to customers and to deliver the company’s products and services 

§  Provide regular feedback on your markets and customer feedback on our products and services

§  Acquire and maintain market, product and services knowledge


Salary:

PHP 4M – 5.9M
