Job Description and Qualification:

We have a strong business here, and have established strong relationships with primary healthcare providers. The company has also successfully partnered with both public and private sectors for long-term projects. It is critical to continue and grow business in this core market. The Country Manager, reporting to Chief Operating Officer, will have the following responsibilities:
  • Continue to grow the healthcare software businesses
    • Refine the go-to-market strategy and define the right commercial strategy to hit and deliver revenue targets
    • Drive revenue growth
  • Manage existing sales team
    • Systemize the sales process and establish the customer acquisition cycle
    • Set KPIs and targets for the sales team, and guide them into hitting these targets and exceeding expectations
    • Solidify a high performing team that can function aggressively and independently
  • Takeover existing partnerships and deepen relationships
    • Manage Lifetrack’s existing relationships in the Philippines, and strengthen relations with various involved societies and organizations
    • Prioritize and target key accounts, segments and geographies to further increase market share
    • Get more relevant publicity and coverage for the successes and accomplishments in the Philippines
Critical Qualities:
  • Strategic mindset. To successfully guide the company’s expansion in PH the Country Manager must establish a strong understanding of the market landscape and map out how to further strengthen the company's positioning, resources and network to drive exponential growth. 
  • Tenacious execution. The Country Manager will be expected to deliver on targets set by the Board for scaling up our business in the market. The ability to relentlessly drive results, prioritize his/her time and manage or obtain the right resources to achieve them are key requirements for the role. 
  • Ownership mentality. As the primary representative to customers and partners of the company in PH, the Country Manager role requires an individual who is hungry to go the extra mile to deliver our commitments and build credibility in the market, and is willing to own the outcomes. 
  • Relationship builder. Establishing the company as a trusted and recognized partner in the healthcare scene of PH will take time and multiple interactions. The Country Manager must demonstrate the ability to develop strong, long-lasting professional relationships and a wide network of contacts

Salary:

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
