Job Description and Qualification:

  • Work with the creative specialist and campaign manager to ideate and define content goals.
  • Track audience and content analytics and generate reports and insights on content performance.
  • Manage content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
  • Create content for a variety of platforms including but not limited to websites, email, social media, social media.
  • Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
  • Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
  • Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
  • Multi-task - Ability to quickly organize, coordinate, manage, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication – able to effectively communicate in a professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner.
  • Organization & Time Management – able to plan, schedule, and organize tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
  • Relationship Management – able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to others, including building relationships and addressing identified needs.
  • Independent work - able to work independently with limited supervision and able to motivate self.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office
  • Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogsites, email, etc.
  • Average understanding of content practices such as SEO, SEM, PPC.
