· Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve the business and campaign initiatives
· Oversee all digital content initiatives and implementation to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience
· Share content to raise brand awareness and engagement across all digital platforms: social media, LED, website and future digital formats
· Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented
· Provide strategic recommendations that include Content Optimization Strategy in order to achieve brand consistency and per channel-specific KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Multi-Media Arts
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a digital role
- Previous experience as content manager and copywriter, an advantage
- Must be an experienced professional with both technical background in website and social media analytics and demonstrable creative writing skills
- Highly creative, with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
- Fluent in both English and Filipino
- Certification on Digital Marketing, an advantage
