Job Duties and Responsibilties:

  • Prepare events logistics like materials, food, and venue; including all logistical requirements for pre and post engagement activities
  • Encoding attendance, expenses, payments, etc. including coordination for deliveries
  • Manage room reservation
  • Manage supplies and facilitate necessary requests for engagement materials
  • ARIBA and Concur processing
  • Other administrative or clerical task that will be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be very organized and good with scheduling
  • Must be a bachelor's graduate, Any Course
  • Can start ASAP
  • With Good Communication Skills
