Job Summary

The person will be in charge with scaling the operations and in launching of our campaigns in WalkMe – starting with customer data segmentation, setting-up the program/triggers for campaign messages, up to monitoring and optimising the campaigns’ performance.  


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: 

  • Have a deep understanding of ICIS’s data landscape including volumes, quality, taxonomy, systems and integrations  
  • Have a good understanding of ICIS’s audience, market, products and business models 
  • Manage WalkMe workflow processes and end-to-end system program testing 
  • Build data segments for launching WalkMe campaigns or performing analysis 
  • Develop data segmentation optimisation strategies including recommendations or improvement plans 
  • Set-up automation and campaigns programs/logic in WalkMe and ensure accurate data flow  
  • Ongoing monitoring of WalkMe campaigns to ensure any technical issues are highlighted immediately 
  • Work with line Manager to ensure campaign’s touchpoints are compliant with the company’s data governance and GDPR policies. 
  • Work with stakeholders on any system integrations (if needed)  
  • Flag to relevant stakeholders on any overlapping audience targeting so prioritisation can be done to avoid launch of conflicting messages 
  • Develop roadmaps detailing key deliverables and milestones for any optimisation or improvement plans 
  • Provide regular reports to update stakeholders on campaigns performance or project status  



  • Proven experience in operating Marketing Technology and Automation systems like WalkMe, Eloqua, Salesforce or other similar systems 
  • Script and coding skills – HTML, CSS and JavaScript (or JQuery) 
  • UX – Basic design testing of websites on various browsers 
  • UI – UI automation testing experience  
  • Attention to details – precise with data and can recognise potential inaccuracy  
  • Knows how to interrogate and interpret data to produce valuable insights 
  • Can translate and communicate complex data-related issues to the varying levels of stakeholder audience 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and in a matrix environment
