Job Description and Qualification:

Supports the planning and implementation of initiatives of the Customer Experience Department through project management, continuous improvement, KPIs management, communication and coordination with other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in project management or process analysis or information reporting and analysis or business development; sales, logistics, customer service center processes is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Naga, Cebu.
