Job Description and Qualification:

§  Proven work experience as a CRM Director, Manager or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in the vertical

§  Experience in developing and implementing CRM & MA roadmaps

§  Solid background in customer acquisition & retention strategies

§  Technical expertise with CRM, MA and analytical tools & systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

§  Knowledge of agile marketing methods and best practices

§  An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end

§  Adaptable and able to create support for effective campaigns despite restrictions in resources

§  Strong communication skills both internally (BUs, top management, etc.) and externally (agencies & tool vendors)

§  Data-driven and Customer-Centric attitude

§  Bachelor’s degree

§  Capable of working under pressure and multitasking

§  Experience in related industries such as banking, real estate, FMCG and/or retail is not a must, but preferred

Experience in performance marketing is not a must, but preferred
