Job Description and Qualification:

Work Setup: Work-from-Home / Home-based (Tools Provided)

Qualification: Open for Fresh Graduates and Shifters

Min Required Internet Speed at Home: 20mbps (Wired)

Accepting applicants within NCR+

Work Shift: Shifting every quarter (Morning, Mid, Graveyard / Night)

Contract Duration: 5 Months (with option to absorb)

Start Date: ASAP

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communications skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills using the English language
  • Accurate data entry, at an average rate of 200 keystrokes per minute.
  • Ability to consistently produce quality work while in high stress situations.
  • Analytical skills, in relation to:

o determining best service that can be provided to customers
o improvement strategies around his/her overall responsibilities
o prioritizing workload and completion of multiple tasks in a predetermined time frame

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills a must
  • Displays initiative, and can work with minimum supervision
  • Available to work flexible hours and overtime.
  • MS Office or related skills a must
  • Good understanding of client’s documentation system
  • Excellent organization skills
  • CAN START ASAP

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducts the call handling and dispatch process:
a. Assist the customer with their inquiries or technical support needs
b. Creates cases and Service Requests
c. Send and reply to Email notifications related to the case/SR
d. Coordinate Dispatch with the Customer Engineers, District Ops, District Managers, etc.
e. Escalates dispatch according to established procedures.
2. Processes service requests from service/customer engineers.
3. Maintains engineer contact information and availability information as provided by the local Market Units or branch.
4. Notifies manager, supervisor, coordinator, MU or branch admin., or immediate supervisor if operating procedures cannot be followed.
5. Maintains trackers, daily call logs and other administrative functions.
6. Performs administrative tasks as assigned.
7. Maintains and exceeds all Departmental Performance Index Standards
