Job Description and Qualification:

Skill Sets:
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers to respond to common inquires or complaints
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer requirements
• Demonstrated strong ability to learn quickly and ability to interpret an assorted number of tasks or instructions
• Strong written and verbal communications skills required
• Effective Team Player
• Customer Driven

Computer Proficiency:
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP is a plus
• Strong keyboard skill and accuracy required 

Job Description:
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Enter customers’ orders 
• Review and schedule customers’ orders for on time delivery
• Escalates customer related delivery issues to prevent any customer production line interruption
• Account Receivables follow up
• Handle customers complaint and other queries
• Investigates and provides resolution to issues that customers encounter with our company
• Internal coordination with various function teams to perform above responsibilities 
• Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor and Management
