Computer Proficiency:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP is a plus
Strong keyboard skill and accuracy required 

Job Description:
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Enter customers’ orders 
• Review and schedule customers’ orders for on time delivery
• Escalates customer related delivery issues to prevent any customer production line interruption
• Account Receivables follow up
• Handle customers complaint and other queries
• Investigates and provides resolution to issues that customers encounter with our company
• Internal coordination with various function teams to perform above responsibilities 
• Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor and Management
