Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Strong customer service and supply chain experience
  • Bachelor degree in business, communications, logistics or supply chain
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP & MS applications
  • Effective communication and strong command in both written and spoken English
  • Strong relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Solid problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language both oral and written, strong internal/external communications
  • Individual contributor and also a team-player
  • Hardworking and task-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Strong AUS, NZ, PH customer account managing experience though not a must but will be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Target driven, goal oriented and can work under pressure
  • Shift will be from 6am-3pm AUSTRALIA Time Zone
  • Capable to work from home (strong internet connectivity)
  • Project Based employment, subject to extension
  • Can start immediately


  • Process customer orders accurately into SAP, acknowledge and confirm orders back to customer.
  • Handle all order changes, either customer initiated or internally initiated, and communicate status to appropriate parties.
  • Track order fulfillment progress and proactively communicate exceptions to customer and management. Provide after-sales service support when necessary.
  • Set up and maintain all customers related master data, excluding pricing.
  • Running of open sales order report and other related reports for effective order follow up.
  • Ensure conformance with pricing files & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
  • Respond to order related customer inquiries and complaints & enter SAP notifications as required.
  • Issue Debit and Credit Notes with compliance to internal process
  • Provide safety stock & inventory information to Customers as required, including requests for expiry extensions and repacks of materials.
  • Arrange dispatching of customer samples
  • Provide coverage for the Customer Service team members who are out of office.
  • Additional duties as required by management within the scope of the position.
