Job Description and Qualification:


Welcome customers to the Service Reception
Check-in and Check-out of Customer watches
Presentation of Service Estimation
Sharing of Product Knowledge to reach trust and understanding with customer
Sharing of Product & Customer Experiences with Superiors for ongoing improvement
Following up with customer’s request, within given company guidelines, to guarantee the service to be done accurately
Maintaining and updating service system and customer data
Monitoring the service process through DP (Day Promised) and contact information
Handling of customer enquiries through the phone
Communicate with the customer to guarantee the correct information to be delivered/updated accurately and punctually
Update system and transfer information to relevant department to guarantee any service updates to be followed up in time


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
With 3 to 5 years work experience.
Background in Airline Industry (hostess/ground staff), Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, efficiency in telephone communication is a must.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office application.
Honest and credible, team player, hardworking, proactive and stable
Excellent comprehension skills to understand instructions or directions
Must be available to work immediately.
Must be willing to work in Makati.
