Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least senior high school graduate.
  • With or without BPO experience.
  • Must have above average communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedules.
  • Can communicate spontaneously and can comprehend well.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints by following techniques provided.
  • Informs customers about services available and assess customer needs.
  • Responsible for providing customer service for US clients to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner over the phone.
