Job Description and Qualification:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Facilitate outbound phone calls for follow up and updating customers
  • Document all calls handled accurately
  • Guarantee departmental metrics are met by adhering to key standards in contact rates and handling procedures
  • Produce positive customer experience by effectively answering inquiries and handling problem solving scenarios
  • Redirect/Transfer calls to the correct department for better transition and service
  • Adhere to prescribed shift and schedule
  • Adhere to set service level targets or key performance indicators


  • Has completed at least 2 years in college (With no 1st or 2nd yr back subject) or a bachelor’s degree holder
  • For applicants who only had completed 2 yrs in college: 1 year of relevant experience in a BPO set-up is required
  • For Fresh Grads: A strong command in english language is required
  • Experience from dealing with international clients exposed to financial accounts related to retirement annuities, investments, insurance, and etc in a BPO set-up is preferred but not required
  • Amenability to work at night full-time, shifting schedules, Philippine holidays
  • Amenable to work onsite (Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City).
