Job Description and Qualification:

The Customer Service Representative for our client will primarily attend to the customer’s diverse needs, giving reliable and timely information in every call-based transaction (be it an inquiry or coverage approval). Also, the CSR will persistently maintain a positive and professional service image in the face of various scenarios.

Job Description:
  • Answers telephone inquiries of out-patients, in-patients and dental concerns.
  • Approves laboratory procedures and diagnostic examinations requested by accredited physicians.
  • Coordinates admitted patients with the Patient Relation Officers and assists in the issuance of LOA as needed.
  • Evaluates customer concerns and resolving problems based on the written endorsements and plan benefits.
  • Ensures timely action and follow up of concerns needed to be confirmed with the Supervisors and Team Leaders.

  • Education:
    • College graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) 
    • Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects, and at least 6 mos. of international BPO experience (voiced)
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
