Job Description:

  • Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Card(s)
  • Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts
  • Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize professional techniques to generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and/or product marketing
  • Comply with over-all call quality standards
  • Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and Policies, especially on Time and Attendance
Job Qualifications:
  • No BPO experience needed
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, or Associate‚Äôs degree graduates or if undergraduate - should have completed 2 years in College (no back subjects; technically incoming 3rd year)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, Night Shift
  • Open to work on Weekend and on holidays
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Temporary Work from Home - with conducive working space
  • Amendable to work onsite (if necessary)
  • Required: at least 30 MBPS (not just the speed but the plan itself)
