Job Description:
  • Answers telephone inquiries of out-patients, in-patients and dental concerns.
  • Approves laboratory procedures and diagnostic examinations requested  by accredited physicians.
  • Coordinates admitted patients with the Patient Relation Officers and assists in the issuance of  LOA as needed.
  • Evaluates customer concerns and resolving problems based on the written endorsements and plan benefits.
  • Ensures timely action and follow up of concerns needed to be confirmed with the Supervisors and Team Leaders.


  1. Education
  • College graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects, and at least 6 months of international BPO experience (Voiced)     
       2. Above average Communication Skills.
       3. Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
       4. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in AXA Building, Makati City.
