Job Description and Qualification:

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or completed 2 years of collegeopen to Senior High School graduates  
  • Relevant work experience in a BPO customer service setup is preferred 
  • New graduates/industry shifters are also welcome to apply 
  • Strong English communication and customer service skills  
  • Amenable to work at night full-time, shifting schedules, Philippine holidays 
  • Open to work onsite in Quezon City with the capability to work from home, if needed 

Job Description:

  • The Customer Service Representative will engage and connect with clients across the United States and Canada to provide product and services information and help resolve emerging concerns. They will handle inquiries and concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and build trust with customers through interactive communication.
