Job Description and Qualification:

  • Education: Minimum Educational Attainment is completed 2 years in College-consolidated; as reflected in their school that they completed and labeled as incoming 3rd year or/2-year associate degree graduate or/bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Must be Bachelor’s degree holder)
  • Has good communication skills and is amenable to working from home temporarily and on a shifting schedule.
  • Has wired internet connection of at least 30 MBPS preferably 50 MBPS plan. (if below 30mbps must be open to upgrading)
  • Must have strong communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time.
  • Amenability to work at night full-time, shifting schedules, Philippine holidays.
  • Residing within the Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas, We will not consider farther than that.
  • Amenable to work from home temporarily but must be open to working onsite in Alabang.

Job Description:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Facilitate outbound phone calls for follow up and update customers
  • Document all calls handled accurately
  • Guarantee departmental metrics are met by adhering to key standards in contact rates and handling procedures
  • Produce a positive customer experience by effectively answering inquiries and handling problem-solving scenarios
  • Redirect/Transfer calls to the correct department for better transition and service
  • Adhere to the prescribed shift and schedule
  • Adhere to set service level targets or key performance indicators
