Job Description:
  • Communicates with customers to gather details and/or probe for necessary information (i.e. specific concerns, account details, names,
  • etc.) in order to correctly identify and assess customers' needs.
  • Manages customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follows up to ensure resolution.
  • Endorses customers to supervisors or more experienced employees for issues or concerns requiring escalation
  • Qualifications:
  • Must complete at least 2 years in college.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work on a GY shift.
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome.
