Job Description and Qualification:

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to a subsidiary of one leading FinTech Company (listed in New York Stock Exchange) in China. Location will be in BGC.


Job Qualifications:

  • High school graduates with 1-year BPO experience/college graduates are also

welcome to apply

  • Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Above average English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Amenable working on shifts, holidays, weekends & extended work hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve customer's questions in a timely manner through customer calls, facebook,

email and etc.

  • Record the consultation content, give feedback to management and help to improve

the product drawback.

  • Understand the micro lending knowledge, master the policy knowledge, and answer

customer questions correctly.

  • Solve customer complaints and improve user experience.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Has work experience in an international BPO/ call center setting
  • Patient and able to handle customer complaints or misunderstandings
  • A desire to go above and beyond job requirements to deliver an excellent customer

experience and create capacity-building change for the company
