Job Requirements:
  • College Graduate
  • Relevant working experience would be advantageous
  • Meticulous with analytical skills
  • Computer and Microsoft Office software knowledge is required to perform the role
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge are preferred.
Job Description:
  • Prepares Order Status/Sales Update reports Daily. 
  • Monthly report generation using SAP reports.
  • Processes Samples orders for all BGs
  • Issues Credit Memo for PWP/Rebates once approved by Marketing Operations and BG
  • Primarily handles Service Automation Telephony/Call Center for item inquiries.
  • Ensures that Salesforce emails/cases are answered or transferred to appropriate reviewers/departments
  • Primarily handles Salesforce CIR Case creation for complaints received.
  • Handles tax certificates collation
